Roasted Almond Chai Chocolate Chip Cookies

1Finely grind an ounce or two of Roasted Almond Chai tea in a spice grinder. Sift it through a small metal strainer to get the larger pieces out.
2In a mixing bowl combine butter, sugars, vanilla, pudding mix, tea and orange extract. Beat until smooth. Combine flour and baking soda and slowly add to tea mixture.
3Stir in the chocolate chips. The batter will be stiff.
4Drop equal sized teaspoon fulls onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake at 375-degrees for 9-minutes or until slightly brown. Cool on wire racks. Yield is about 4-dozen.
