Please note that with the unprecedented increased online ordering volume, general holiday mailing volume, increased CO-VID 19 procedures, and overall staff shortages of USPS and UPS; all delivery services have started to see a delay in typical delivery times as well as timely updates to the tracking services they provide through their website.  We have recently learned that USPS might experience a delay of up to 8-14+ business days on all delivery services; including the tracking online updates.
