Posted in Fava Tea

To our community of tea enthusiasts,

We wanted to thank you for your continued support as we cope with the COVID-19 crisis and the affect it has on our communities, our guests and our employees. We appreciate this so much as it has taken a significant toll on our small, family business.

The health and safety of our guests and employees are of utmost importance to us and are at the center of every decision we make.

With the rest of the world, we have made adjustments to the way we live and work as the situation unfolds. We are committed to making your favorite teas accessible and safe for you to enjoy, in whichever way you feel the most comfortable.

We are open from 2pm – 6pm with the following proactive steps taken for our collective well-being:

  • The number of regular cleaning and sanitation efforts throughout our stores and shipping centers have been increased; especially in high traffic areas.
  • Refills on tins, bags and teas-on-tap have been suspended until further notice. To-go beverages will still be available.
  • In-store samples and tea tins have been removed at this time.
  • We are closely following guidelines from national health organizations.
