White Chocolate Matcha Bark with Strawberries

1Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
2Melt white chocolate in a double boiler stirring constantly to make sure it does not burn. Once the chocolate has melted, add the matcha and stir to combine.
3Pour the matcha white chocolate combination onto the prepared cookie sheet and even out.
4Sprinkle the dried strawberries over the matcha and gently press to ensure they do not fall off.
5Place the cookie sheet in a freezer for an hour. Once hardened break into smaller pieces.
