Bold flavors of cherry, coconut, and cranberry are at the forefront of this caffeine-free blend, complemented by notes of kiwi and apple. Fruity and naturally sweet, there’s a reason Cloud 9 is one of our most popular teas!
If I didn’t know the real story behind the name, I’d think “Fava” meant “Fresh.” Fava teas always taste so fresh and authentic to me. I made this tea iced, and the resulting brew doesn’t look like much, but the flavor is exquisite. I can taste the cherries and cranberries the most, with a slight hint of coconut. I sweetened it with a little Splenda, but most people could probably go without.
How I made it: I put three heaping spoons full of Cloud 9 into a filter. I put the filter into a pan with 2 cups boiling water. I steeped it 8 minutes. I poured the resulting brew into a two-quart pitcher and then added 6 more cups of ice and water to the pitcher. To serve, pour over ice. Enjoy!
