I wasn’t looking to buy rooibos tea, and the name wouldn’t have caught my attention. However, Paris Evening was one of the two sample teas when I visited the Appleton store and I was smitten. It’s super fragrant and deliciously butterscotch-like. I purchased it and put it on my favorites list right away.
